for a Better World" Editor: Robert H. NGT Newsletter The National Good Templar Newsletter is published by the U.S. Council of the International Organization of Good Templars, Alcohol & Drug Abuse Task Force and Museum Fund.  The NGT (USPS 373-220) is published eight times a year as follows: Jan-Feb, March, April- May, June, July-Aug, Sept, Oct-Nov, and Dec. Regular features of the Newsletter include: "From the Chaplin", "From the President", Youth & Junior puzzles, Longevity Profiles and Obituaries. Annually, there are publishings of Scholarship and Grant applications, News from the International Annual Meeting and other recurring features. All of this is included along with our Feature Articles.
